Swisa Beauty found most people who wanted to wear their nails naturally and have them look beautiful had very few options. The best option they had was clear nail polish. It was either that, or spend hundreds of dollars a year on manicures that lasted only a week.

Even Men have found our nail care products to be amazing. Many of our male customers said they would in fact like to make their hands more presentable by having nice nails, but felt uneasy about going to get a manicure.

Vitamins, calcium and minerals are particularly important to the growth and maintenance of strong, healthy nails. A vegetarian diet can weaken the nails as it produces imbalance due to the lack of animal proteins. Similarly, a poorly balanced weight-reduction diet is not beneficial to the health of the nails.
